At VonHayat school year comprises of nine months and runs from early August until May. School year is divided into following three terms.

School timings for O-levels are as follows;
Check-in: 7:50 AM | Check-out: 1:40 PM
School holidays and vacation dates are announced by schools well in advance. In case of any emergency school closure parents are informed through ClassDojo by 6:30 AM.
